Maz....sorry to bother you again but after a couple of days of trial and error I think I have matched my code to yours.

It was a bit more complicated cause my menu is entirely DB driven.

Anyway - can you please check out this page: http://www.screenwise.com.au/

Please test on a MAC and see if ...

PHP Guru Needed - Milonic menu code using PHP 99% working!!

Ok this is going to be a bit of a mouthful but here goes:

First up the basis behind this post stems from this thread http://www.milonic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4570

My site has a fully working (and licensed) version of the milonic menu (5.33) which is menu driven. I am using a CMS system that ...

Ruth thanks again. Atleast I know what I have to look for know.

Do you know any board/team members that are PHP guru's? I tried asking around on IRC for some help but I think I need someone that knows both php AND milonic.

If there is let me know and I will try and contact/PM them.

Thanks for looking into this further Ruth....I'm, not sure if you cantell from the code but i am using a php file rather than the JS file for the config data.....the reason for this is that the menu is dynamically driven from a mysql DB (using Phsae CMS).

Basically it uses things called snippets ...

Willem,

Any chance you could post your code/give a tute on how to do what you have done?

Would be great if you could upgrade to Milonic 5 and then explain.

Hey guys - lots of views but no help yet :(

Basically I am trying to intergrate milonic menu into Phase CMS.
Phase CMS is a new (and personally I think the BEST CMS software package around).

It has only recently been started and it already blows most packages out of the water. You can get it ...

Dynamic Menu's (not DB driven) Possible?

Hi,

It's been awhile since i have been in here, so it is good to see that development is still going strong.

I purchased and setup the menu a couple of years ago and have now moved my site to a CMS (phase) system. I was hoping that it is possible to have the menu dynamically created based on what ...

Andy?

With my above example in mind, do you have a work around? Apart from making a submenu point to 'more tutors' and then it lists some more.

Anything else I can try?

Thanks

at this stage I don;t want to put all the tutors on the front page - want to cut down on size and keep thing simple - don;t want people wading through stuff they don;t need to.

I think what leatherlips suggested might be the go - isn;t the script meant to allow for scrolling submenu's? Has anyone ...

That maybe a work around - but I still would like to get this scrolling work.

I have also had reports of MAC issues with this script - the users say the menu only goes down to the 6th tutor item and just stops - even when there is still screen area to fill.

It seems intermitent.

Scrolling & Small Res Screens

First of all this is an amazing menu however I just need to fix a couple of things.

The menu in Question is @ http://www.screenwise.com.au/

Just about everything works fine on my system - the problem is with people running a smaller res ie. 800x600

If you change you res (please test using 800x600 ...
