What happened to script path variable for latest RC releases

The milonic_src.js use to contain the following lines:

scriptpath="path";

/*
The scriptpath variable stores the path to your menu JS files.
I do not see this line in the latest versions. Where has it been moved to?

Nope.

I still see this behaviour using Mozilla Firebird 0.6 and the latest version of IE6.
