Well I was almost there... Here is Google's code for us. Less the image size which we'll shrink, can you recode this into your format? Seems I'm not getting this right... YES - Convert
Unless you don;t like your MAC and other viewer browsers - I SERIOUSLY recommend upgrading. Will only take 1/2 day or less to understand all if you already use older 3.
