I'm using Opera 7.5x and 8.0 and the menus appear fine on both my site and the Milonic Site.

Maybe you have an older version cached.

I have some conditions in the menu based on various factors so it's certainly possible to make the menu behave as you expect. My menu script is in a .cfm file which I call using cfinclude. What I would try is to have your tw...

I'll send an email through to Milonic also.

Thanks Ruth.

Thanks Ruth but that seems like a bit of a bug to me. Shouldn't the overflow parameter have no effect unless there are more items than can be displayed on the screen? That seems logical to me but maybe I'm just weird! :| My menus are dynamically generated so it's possible I could need scrolling. I d...

Screen shift with Opera

I am using v5.723 of the menu on my website at http://www.richardcranswick.com . In Opera 7.52 and 8.0 I get a screen shift/flicker when I hover over some of the menu items, specifically the ones with sub menus. It seemed fine before but it's been a while since I checked the site with Opera. Also, s...

Just a thought. You say you are running this from your hard drive. Just to clarify are you just double clicking on the HTML file and running it directly from the file system or is it being served by a web server? I've seen some strange things happen when you do this. Specifically with IE6 and it's s...

I don't have a Mozilla browser at work but you have the code below in your menu_data.js file: "Our Location and boats","photos1.html",0, "BBQ's and social events","photos1.html",0, "Classes","photos1.html",0, "Louies Last Fast Regatta ...

Can you post a URL or paste the code from the MENU_DATA.JS file? Sounds like it may be a typo or syntax issue.

Spot on. Works a treat as far as I can see.

Aaronz, I added the forgetClickValue=true; parameter after your closeAllOnClick = true; entry for this to work.

Ok, I have downloaded this page locally and....wait for this.... if I remove the 'separatorimage' from the main_menu_style then I don't get the javascript error when I mouse over the last tab.

I have no idea why this is happening but it may put someone (maybe Andy) nearer to locking down the problem.

Hi, There were a couple of release of v5.7 after the pre-release. I initially saw some issue and Javascript errors with the first version. I believe the final version has a build time of 18:01 Check the contents milonic_src.js file you have for that build time. If you don't have it, download it again.
