5.729 has gone full release now so might also help to grab the latest version. I uploaded the 5.729 files to the test page and the drop-down menus now work, but now the Milonic link has taken over the first link of the menu. I guess I'll try to get my free license renewed and see if that solves the...

Are you using any add-on modules with the menu No, just the four JS files. As I said, I had to revert to the 5.48 files in order for the menu to work properly, but the website is www.fallenheroesmemorial.com BTW, I noticed that my free license has expired, and that I'd have to pay US $46.65 to rene...

Drop-down menus no longer drop-down after upgrade
I am currently using Version 5.48. I just downloaded Version 5.728, and uploaded the src, dom, and ns4 files. When I reloaded the website, the menu appeared, but none of the drop-down menus would drop down. I had to revert to the Version 5.48 files. What could be causing this problem? Oh, I realized...

Horizontal menu has lost its fizzle
I just upgraded to version 5.37 from 5.11. I checked the menu to make sure everything was still functioning correctly, and noticed that the menu has lost it's fizzle. Formerly, when a submenu was open and lost focus, the submenu would fizzle out and dissappear; now it just simply dissappears. Is the...

Re: Are you saying your not getting a JavaScript error?
Is anyone else getting an "Invalid Argument line 16" error? I had no problems in Opera 7.53 or Firefox 0.9.2, however the links do not change color on rollover in Firefox. In IE6, I didn't notice any actual problems, however I do get the "Error on page." message at the bottom-le...

"page" color confusion?
I am using 'pagecolor' and 'pagebgcolor' to change the color of the current page in the menu. However, apparently this causes confusion when the current page is the directory default, i.e. "directory/". In menu_data.js I changed the URL from "directory/index.html" to just "d...

Re: Problem printing web pages with Milonic menu
I have a problem when trying to print any web page using the Ver 3 or 5 menu Do you need to have the menu included when you print the page? How about removing the menu when printing. Just add this to your CSS: @media print { .mmenu { display: none; } } http://www.milonic.com...

If you purchased the menu, then you should get a version without the link, otherwise the link is a non removeable part of it. To clarify just a little, if you purchase a license for the menu (or qualify for a free license), you will need to download the menu again. The code is generated based on wh...

Re: RC37: Minor Bug with Mozilla Browser
After Upgrading to RC37, mozilla browsers are displaying a kind of a dotted border around a menu item. It looks like the border on some anchor-tags without having "if(this.blur)this.blur();" That has nothing to do with the menu, but with the browser itself. The border shows that this is t...

I have tried this method as described in the FAQ, but it does not cause netscape to ignore the menu. Netscape4 simply doesn't load the page. You are right. I just tried using NN4.8, and the main menu loads but nothing else on the page. I received these errors: JavaScript Error: milonic_src.js, line...

Re: Thanks, but not quite
That correctly positions it on left, but does not seem to resize the menus across the remainder of the screen. Try this, taken from: 100% Width Span Menu discussion: menuwidth="100%"; itemwidth="100%"; This works as intended in IE6, but in Opera each menu item gets smooshed to b...

Re: Can certain browser's ignore the menu?
Is it possible to have certain browsers ignore the milonic menu and display the page without the menu loaded (i.e. Netscape 4, older versions of IE?) As for NN4, just remove the NS4 script, as explained in the menu FAQ: "I have no need to support Netscape 4, can I remove the reference to it?&q...

Re: Need a subimage to match the pagebgcolor. Please help.
Hmm, I just tried pagesubimage and discovered that the image was put on the left side of the menu item. I couldn't find documentation of this in the "Quick Reference Guides".Todd wrote:tried pagesubimage but that didn't work.
I think what you want is pageimage.
