It depends on the width of the side frame (if you have one). The position of the menu bar in the top frame is of no importance.

Can't find the onclick parameter? Where is the 16th parameter? Is there any documentation anywhere that explains the parameters?

You can wrap your item in a <div> tag like this, for example :
