Milonic JavaScript Menu

the first link provided a function, who do i use it with the code below.

she is either insane or doesn't know sh1t about web programming. Just the repsonse about how she claims it doesn't say what browsers milonic works on. What a dumb bitch.

These are the options i have,
openonclick=1;
closeonclick=1;
keepalive=1;

My client wants the menu to open when you click on a menu item and click to close it. Is there any way to keep these settings and have it so if they click anywhere on the page, besides the menu, the menu will collapse/close?

is it possible to have a menu be sticky after you click on it once, then click it again to make it unsticky. This post asked for the exact same thing but no one responded.
