Menus not properly covering Lists

I'm using the following code:- outfilter="randomdissolve(duration=0.3)"; overfilter="Fade(duration=0.2);Alpha(opacity=90);Shadow(color=#FFFDD0', Direction=135, Strength=3)"; Underlying lists are not covered by the menu. What should I do to ensure the menu stays on top? Many thank...

Mozilla Firefox text alignment difficulty.

The above image demonstrates that under the latest Firefox, all the text is shunted to the left, whereas in all the other browsers it's centralised correctly.

Any ideas?

Is there any way that a Milonic Menu can be dynamically altered by the use of a database such as MS SQL?
