about using the conversion tool

Is there an explanation of the tool someplace, or maybe an example menu array file in ver 3 and a "converted' file to kind of see what it's supposed to do? If not, here's a question Say my ver3 has 3 property definitions, let's call them main1, main2, submenu. So I use the conversion tool and w...

a reminder for links posting?

I have NO idea if this is possible, and maybe many will even think not really useful, but I've noticed so many times that there is no link posted when someone wants help and usually there has to be a reply asking for a link, wondering if it's possible for some kind of pop up or something when you go...

I have IE 5 [to be exact 5.00.2614.3500] and had the same problem. I don't think it happens in the other versions, but not sure, it doesn't happen in NN 4.79 which is the onlyversion of that I have. The only fix I found for IE 5 was to actually put a width in for the submenus, {whatever the widest i...

Thanks Dave, Yes, I tried putting a number in for the separator bar, the problem is, the separator bar is part of the "// 3D Border & Separator bar", and doesn't seem to be a separate item by itself. If I put a number in that, even if I mark the menu item separator color as ""...

Could someone check and let me know if it works?

Hello ALL, Well, I've got a test page up. I've checked the menu in IE 5.0 and it works great, I used "" instead of transparent and it picks up the font color on the page as the font and border, in Netscape 4.08 and 4.79. for some reason - probably the "" instead of transparent, i...

Well, thanks for the info. I opened one and found out why I'm getting two.... They are altering the first one to show their analysis, so they send the first as is and then the second with the attached message about it. Ah well, too bad it doesn't work for the real spam. I've put the content of the m...

As a visitor, I liked the menu being up first, it actually made me decide to stay for the load because I saw the words 'floor plans' so I was willing to wait. Nice site. and yes, I got the error message also on first load.

Yes, I will be going to 5 at some point, but for a real beginning novice v3 is hard enough. When I get it up and working like i want, then I'll play with 5.

Hi Wendy,
Thank Dave for the help, he figured it out for me on the v3 menu. This is what I put and it works;

,"Back to Menu","#top",,,1

of course you may have more things in the code, but it's the "#top" that works.

Hi Wendy,
I also need this, and it is an anchor link. Did you figure it out? I've tried everything I can think of to do this, I even tried # target=_top it does function as a link but it takes me back to the main index/entry page.

Yes, it works. I even went to your page through aol and it works, it even ends up overriding the control you have in for the function of window size since aol does it's own window control. I'd have her try it again, but I have aol4.0 and am not upgrading until absolutely necessary. Maybe the differe...

I have glasses, and maybe I need stronger ones, but I swear I've searched all over the milonic forum index page and can't find a link to go to the main milonic menu page? Shouldn't there be one?
