Re: More on frames...
<HTML>There is a way by using a PHP script that will insert the menu code on ANY page even pages that do not belong to your server. BTW if you try and put code in a page that is not from your server the browser pops up a security alert, it's simply not possible to do. I'll get this code put together...

My bad... Now the post of interest is right below this one in the list. I didn't know that a reply would move a message to the top of the list.

More on frames...
<HTML>Couple of additional frames implementation issues: If you intend to use both top and side frame navigation menus (ie. more than one) make sure to give each menu a unique name (don't call them both simplemenu1, for example). What's going to be tough to do is link to pages off of your site. beca...

Re: IE 5.5 on NT4
It's related to the effects.
There is a bug in IE5.5 when you use Fade, Drop Shadow and Alpha.
You can try removing the Alpha effect and see if that helps

Re: Confirmed: 3.3.18 Not Opera Compatible
And I think things will improve for Opera over time. Just to let you all know that that the menu has always supported Opera. However, it is very fussy about certain things. If code is placed in the Head of your document your will see the menu pop-up and then disappear almost as quick. This has somet...

Re: calling javascript instead of hyperlink
Hi,
You need to change the ' to a \" like this.
,"Contact Us","javascript:newWin(\"contact.htm\",\"title\")",,,1
Your function seems to work fine.

Re: Highlight not removing on frame
It's getting closer.
I keep finding little problems here and there, they are not major but are causing me some big headaches. Mostly due to the way the different browsers work.
Anyway, i'll try my best as always
