broken images on FreeFind page - SOLVED

However, there are a few rules associated with this custom page: 1. no external links to JavaScript 2. no relative links I have been using both FreeFind and the Mi...

Menu following scroll (and I don't want it to float)
I installed Milonic Menu 5.722 on http://www.kokias.com because I need a menu that would have the submenu items display on top of an iframe. This version did the job. But, using FireFox 1.03 on Windows, the menu floats down the page as you scroll down the page. See: http://www.kokias.com/English/Pro...

John, I only worry about IE 5.2 on Mac OS X when the client is using it and thinks it is the only browser available. Do I really care? No. I do care about Safari. We have no plans to go to 10.3.9. Tiger (10.4) is on order and we will go to it in June (after I read about the pain (or not) of upgradin...

Ruth, Windows 98???? You need to upgrade to 2000 or XP Pro (not Home). Or maybe to Mac OS X. I use Windows 2000 today. Switching to Mac OS X within the year. I did some experiments with the 2 new parameters and found (at least for FireFox) that it makes no difference whether they are set to opaque o...

Flash interference with menu
I have this new website http://www.gastrorockies.com/new_index.html that has both the Milonic Menu and Flash on the homepage. IE 6 on Windows has what I consider the correct behavior to be: The sub menus appear over the Flash movie. Other browsers have the sub menus appearing underneath the movie. T...

So, now I think I understand.
are default positions (as it were).
I added
where nnn = the offset in pixels for THIS submenu
to each submenu
and life is good.
Code: Select all
_subOffsetTop=10 // Sub menu top offset
_subOffsetLeft=-10 // Sub menu left offset
I added
Code: Select all
left=nnn;
to each submenu
and life is good.
