Frames Based Menu - open more than one thing on one click?

Hi,
I hold a Milonic prof. licens.
I´m using a Frames Based Menu. The page has a top frame, a left frame and a main frame.
Menu is in top frame. I know how to open one new page in one frame.
But, I would like to be able to open one new page in the left frame and another new page in the main frame. All this to happen simultaneously when I click on a button in the menu.

Is this possible to achieve?
