updated version 5.831 problems

I recently updated to version 5.831 and now cannot view my navigation menu on my website. Are there some bugs in this version that need to be fixed, or can someone walk me thorugh the process again in case I made a mistake?

Hi I already replied to your support ticket.

Basically, the upgrade looks like it wasn't successful.

the files at http://www.fredericksburgsdachurch.org/milonic_src.js and http://www.fredericksburgsdachurch.org/mmenudom.js cannot be found - I see a 404 error

Thank you for your help! Please note that I changed the code that does not exist to what was in the user manual, but the navigation menu still does not appear.
