RE: disability access

Post by disabiity user »

hi,

I would like to see a complete version that uses either option for mouse or keyboard to access ALL the menus and submenus, so that people with disabilities would have access, hopefully, via their keyboard.

Also, more use of the title tags, so that a description of the link, which would describe what the link is, would be "read" by someone who is blind, via a screen reader. (see, they have a purpose after all, and are not just to make your site "ugly".)

Also, the option to have in the menu complete Resizable text, so the text DOES grow inside the menu, for people who have poor eyesight, or larger screen resolutions, or both!!!!

I have had a reply, via email, regarding the resizabe text, but are the others mentioned above, in the pipeline too ?

 ;)

Andy, I would have to add a strong second to this request. Here at the university we are required to make everything accessible. We're not all the way there yet, but it must be done. You would add another feather with these capabilities.
