menu suddenly wont close anymore

Post by john1000 »

hi there i just changed my menu to the menu 5 and add 2 extra items.
everything went fine and all i did was adding the items and suddenly now when you touch a part of the menu it opens like it should but the menu doesnt close anymore, only when the page changes by refresh or by clicking a link.
any idea ?

Not sure when the last time you downloaded the latest version (currently RC9) but there is now extensive documentation on how to install the menu on your site that comes in the zip file. I am unsure as to what the problem was because you took down the v5 already, but try doing it according to the directions in the doc files. If you want to stick with v3, thats your choice, but v5 is the way to go in my humble opinion. ;)

well the v5 looks good dont get me wrong.
ive tried all version here at milonic .
and how many are there ?.......20 !
So i did tried them just to see whitch one fits my website .
Strange however is ,that the problem starts with the v5,oh yeah...
i did download the new version.
And yes i did everything according to.....bla bla
But it was unstable.
All i did was adding 2 more items and it failed completely .
It opens and doesnt closes.
Im not here to sell fairytales so thats just what happend.
but its possible that my website has something to do with it ,its pretty full and its a website thats very much alive.

There is only 1 supported menu version here - v5, currently at RC9.

3.5.15 was the last of the v3 series, and is no longer supported.

well i dont need support for the version im using but i think you should offer it if people are looking looking for support on other sersions.
any the hyperlinks effect is just a part of the theme.
