Weird resize on rollover error

Ok, I don't know why it's doing this, and it didn't used to do this, but in some older computers/browsers, my menu system is shrunking up when you hover over it.

You are running RC8 of the software. Current is RC17.

Update first, READ install.txt that comes with it, then we'll talk
