hi y'all, this is my 1st post..
i'm looking to implement 2 menus (1 horizontal + 1 vertical), each having submenus, where the main page area that's left needs to changed according to menu clicks.
simple? i thought so too...
please people, i see it's easy to control the main area location.href, but how can i make the submenus visible? i understand the latest version doesn't yet support frames, and neither IFRAMEs.
any suggestions???

IFRAMEs or anything close?

Good news, i think.. :-?
hi fred,
well, this is extremely good news.. thanks!!
i tried it in many ways during the whole(!) night, and couldn't get my IE5.00 (on Win2K Pro) to make it work. the submenus keep staying behind the <IFRAME> layer.
i've also read Kevin's workaround where by adding <DIV>s and playing around with it - it's possible to hide the whole IFRAME therefore revealing the submenus, but this is not what i was looking for.
could you please post a URL where i can see the menu in action on top of an IFRAME?
cheers, r.

My website is at http://www.flhs.org.uk
When I re-wrote my site for V5 and Iframes I had a few problems, which were expertly overcome by Hergio. You can see the thread here:
