Iframe issues

For some odd reason in netscape 7 if you have an iframe in a table and place the menus above the iframe over the table, when a menu is opened the iframe content flickers. This may just be a browser issue, however if you place the iframe outside the table (not in a cell) and use absolute or fixed positioning the problem does not exist. Sounds, like I solved my own problem, right? Wrong, because when I put the iframe outside the table cell it doesn't scale with the browser window, or if you give it width=100% and height=100% it goes outside the browser window. Is there anyone with a more elegant solution to this problem? If you need more info let me know.

i think resizing the iframe on the flight should do the trick..
