Top and bottom padding (or any css property)

Having problems with DHTML Menu? There is usually somebody here who knows the answer.

Top and bottom padding (or any css property)

Is there a way to specify that the top and bottom padding be one value, and the left and right padding be another value?

using css would probably work, onclass/offclass/style
I have problems with borders with subimages, just using padding shouldn't have that problem.
