I have tried to make the menu width large enough to get rid of the horizontal scroll bar without success.
I have tried using smaller text, removing the blank .gif spacer, wider menu item width, and even full width (although I couldn't make this work) without success .
The menu is contained on a frame which when viewed as a page on its own displays the menu without the horizontal scroll bar!
What am I doing wrong?

I took a look at the page and I don't know the problem but here are some ideas to try..I had a similar problem with frames on the old version where my links kept wrapping. Anyway, look at ==is there an image or background image in that menu? What is its size, and does that and the margin/border/padding size affect the overall width, also check the frame size and see if adjusting that helps, does the margin etc in the frame combined with the other items in the menu sizing affect it? That's what I had to do to fix mine. That's about my level of expertise in fixes, if it's the menu program problem, I can't help.
