Not being notified of new rc versions

I have the new rc forum checked for watch this topic and I used to get notices of the new rcs, all of a sudden I've not gotten any notice since 31 and just saw the new posting, so I've missed from 31 to 36. Have notices stopped being sent for that topic?

I also do no longer get the message. I also no longer see the option to "Watch this topic".
