I figured out my problem before I asked for help ! ha -
we upgraded our server from IIS to Apache - the old server never minded the difference between milonic and Milonic - but the new one did - I was getting ready to panic but I spared you.

Hi,
"IIS to Apache" sounds like a case senstivity problem, am I right?
