Minor problem with Editing API Module

Post by bowlerus »

Hi Guys,

I am a new paying user of this great menu and I've got almost everything sorted out..

However, I have a minor problem with _rbMenus / mm_editItem.. it works like a charm and shows perfectly (everything is working without any problems at all) - but I do get a script error message.. saying:

IE:
'_m(...)' is null or not an object.

Firefox tells:
_m[_r] has no properties

and references to this line:
_m[_r][23]=0; from function _rbMenus(_mn)

Please advise ?

Hi,

The guys who can answer this will probably need a url to check it if you can possible give them a test page? Of course, not being something I do, they might actually just know the answer

I was hoping that someone 'just' knew.. as the problem only occurs to logged-in users (as I only use that function when people log in)..

But if needed - I will setup an example.

TIA

Hi,

That information about logged in users might be the critical point. I don't know the ins and outs of logging in but it seems logical that something changes when a person logs in, does something in the menu change, also? And, unless doing some kind of log in is available on the test you put up, it might not help.

When you purchased the menu, I think there is something in your docs about tech support, so you might contact Milonic, in addition to posting here. I think Kevin, who would know about those kinds of things, is on the road this week.

Thanks Ruth.
