I inherited a poorly constructed site that used ver 3 of the DHTML menu. I've managed to rebuild it with the current version, but it's displaying the menu type at assorted sizes across different pages:

It all seems to work ok, just renders weird. Any assistance is appreciated.

I just tested in IE, Netscape and Firefox and I don't notice any difference. I didn't do every single link but I did some on each submenu and all the ones on the main menu. Can you point to a particular link/page, maybe I missed whichever one did it?
Looking at the menu_data.js file I note you have the font size set at 70%. You might change that to 10px as you have in the style sheet. That will fix it to one size, unless the person has a personal stylesheet set in their browser, which means they want a particular size, color etc.
