left nav menu covering other table rows
From the looks of the page it seems you are trying to put the menu[s] into tables, one in the table after the Start local toolbar table and one after the Start main TABLE. Is that correct? If that is what you are trying to do, you are not putting the menu[s] in the table correctly.
The only thing that goes into the tables would be the main menu and the left nav menu, each in their respective table cells. And their menu_data files would be called up with the other Milonic files. You also need to name the styles you have differently. You can't have both named menuStyle and have different colors and arrows. Name one menuStyle and the other menuStyle1 or something.
