Menu is hiding behind Flash object

I have problem here, http://www.websolpro.com/qtek/index.html my menu is going behind flash object. how i can fix it? Please reply me asap thanks.

Try adding wmode=transparent to your embed tag.

Hi,
Thanks for helping me. Thats works!. But still i have some problem. just open that page again, http://www.websolpro.com/qtek/index.html and Dont move your mouse anywhere! just scroll down to bottom. then you will se my Bottom is out. it has many space after copyright msg.

Now move your mouse to menu(applet). Then see my bottom is fixed automatically. Please tell me what is problem there. and how i can fix this. Thanks
