how to align vertical menu to the center of horiz. menu item

Hi,

I have a horizontal menu that will show a vertical menu when user scrolls over any of the items in the horizontal menu.

The vertical menu when pops up is not in center of the active horizontal menu item text, so was wondering if there is any way to center the vertical menu to the item text in horizontal menu. The other requirement of this issue is to have this center alignment work at different resolutions.

Hi,

I think this gets pretty involved. I remember this post from way back talking about the issue.

I know that you can do something like that using openstyle=tab, however I think that tab menu requires that the subs open on click not on mouseover.

I haven't used that menu so I'm not real familiar with it, but I do know the 'drop downs' open centered.
