need help with school menu

hi i need help on making a submenu go over text. the website is here http://www.tcs-lasvegas.org/ the menu is on the left. we want to merge the middle text on the page over by the menu but the text goes on top of the submenu. can someone help me make the submenus go on top of the text. it would be greatly appreciated. if theres a script i can use or sumpthing that would be good too.

actually i want the whole menu to always be on top of everything.

This is not a Milonic menu so we can't help you on that. You'll need to go to the site where you got it and ask for help from them.
