menu in left frame submenus don't appears in main

Hi(& sorry for bad english),
Would you have a solution for this :

My submenus cannot appear entirely : they diseapear under the mainframe...
I don't have any iframe : just a left frame where is the menu...
if I use the propertie : left=200, it goes as far as I want but... under the main frame !

I would like to obtain this kind of result :

I'm sorry I did'nt see this page before. I've sarched and only viewed about iframe menu...
