It is available for download if you want it. I do what I can to help anyone who needs it here. The product is not a finished product, there are some issues mostly to do with relative positioning and such. Many people use it and have no problems with it. It's the one at the top of the page. Now, I don't know if the menu program files are the newest. So, if you download the file, make sure you put the newest milonic program files in a folder to test it, and also make sure you download the newest treemenu.js file.
