Menus not showing up till you hover over the items

our website: http://century-banquetcenter.com/ all of the images won't show up till you hover over the items and then sometimes it goes away the menu items are to the left of the word HOME. Nothing has changed on the site with the menu's since april. I think we have a new version of Java on our desktops from sun could that be the cause?

There are at least 2 immediate problems I see...

1. You are 6 versions down-level on the software. Current is v5.798, which is required for help here in the forum.

2. You are not coded properly for placing the menu in a table cell. Please see http://milonic.com/tablemenu.php for instructions.
