The menu is working perfectly, except when there is a java applet or flash movie on the page, the submenus pop-op partly covered by those applets and movies.
Is there a Zorder or "bring to front" method to fix this?
does the order of creation on the page affect how objects are placed on top of eachother?
The menu is included right before the </BODY>
any suggestions?

This is a browser limitation and will affect every HTML object you place on a page.
No matter where you put your code or any settings of Z-Index will cure it.
We are just about to release a version of the menu that fixes these problems for IE5.5 and IE6.0 Netscape and Mozilla will be done soon.
Look out for version 3.5 of the menu - out today.
