Submenu AND a URL

Is it possible for an item to have a menu AND also have a hyperlink? I have several instances where an item could be clicked yet my users will have the option of drilling down further with another level menu. I don't see where I could put that in the array string, but am interested to know.

Of course it is, just do something like that:
