One thing I'd like to see in relation to the floating version of the menu - some sort of 'doorstop' code that you could add at an appropriate point on the page so that the menu did not float to the VERY end of the page, where it may cover up some full-width elements you wish to leave visible.
I do note that putting my script links at the end of the page (speeds up page loading) has the effect of being the same as severall <p><br> bits of code - i.e. creates quite a bit of extra white space. No way round this, I suppose?
