Running milonic menu on slov machines

Hello friends. I use milonic menu on website: http://www.sjf.tuke.sk but I have one problem. This menu show wery wery slowly on many pc - with pentium 1 - 100 MHz processor. Is some way to make this menu quick ... For example turning off some effect like transparency? :) Thank You wery much.Best regards. webadmin@sjf.tuke.sk
