Trouble on align right

Hello,

I use the menu (all menu vertical) and the menu position is on the right.

I have some troubles or a strange behavior or setting errors :

1. The arrows on the main items are on the right
2. I have a line on the top of the page at the same height than the first main item on the all page width.
3. When I'm on a main item, I see the subitem on the right (on the main menu), it's possible to force the subitem to display on the left ? and not sometimes on the right, sometimes on the left
