Horizontal Menu Line

I set my navigational bar to run vertical up and down. However, there is a horizontal line that goes straight across the screen at the top of my menu:

How can this be removed? I have tried everything I can understand and it wont work.....

Try moving the script calls out of the <head> and into the top of the <body>.

Try leaving this blank...

You have it set to 1.

Also noticed in your stylesheet your background-image call is to your local hard drive, rather than to the server.
