Menu in a header frame

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

Menu in a header frame

Post by Cam »

hi all

I'm new to this so bear with me

I have created a working menu (I'm still waiting for my licence) in a header frame. (http://www.angelfire.com/alt2/noddy417)

Prob is when i mouseover the menu items the submenu appears beneath the menu (as you would expect)

Questions How can i get the submenu to appear in the main frame (as in the frame example)?

Would I use the target=main;sourceframe=main; to do this or do i need to change any other code in the mmenu or menu_array

Thanks for any help

Do a search of the version 3 forum on frames. Also, if you look at the code in in the frames example (which uses version 3) you will see which of the pages that are contained in the frames have to have references to the code files as well as how to call on a menu that exists in a different frame.
