i've downloaded ur dhtml dropdown menu v.3 beta,and i' played alot with it and loved it,but my problem is that i want a menu like this one

You can not change the shape of the menu, it will be square. You can however use an image instead of text for the menu items. It will be up to you to create the graphics to use as in the site you refer to in your post.
