script not working

I was working on the menu for my site, and it works fine, but when I added another script, the menu worked, but this script didn't. the web page is http://www.elumc.org/outreach.htm You'll see the menu but in the body, you'll see the links, habitat for humanity, heifer project, open pantry. etc. They are supose to open up with more text about them. You'll see in the code.

You are using a version that is literally 25+ levels down from the last released version in the v3 series (3.5.15). Also, the v3 menu is no longer supported. Your best bet is to upgrade to the new v5 at http://milonic.com/.
