frames-menu problem

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

frames-menu problem

Post by chrisi1002 »

hello!

i´m using the frame-version of the DHTML-Menu.
It works good but i´ve still little problems...

with IE 6.0 the menu works perfectly, but the "current-link" function doesn´t work.

with Mozilla and Netscape the menu is too far on the left side, so the text is a bit cut off and the "current-link" function doesn´t work either...

does anybody know how i can fix these problems

thanks in advance

By "current-link" do you mean the "Current Page Item Font Color" and "Current Page Item Backgroun Color" properties in the menu style? If so, then these should work for the submenus in the main frame, if you set them in the menu_array data that you use in your main frame. However, the highlighting will not work in the navigation frame, because the menu code in the nav frame is looking at the url in the nav frame and is not affected by the url in the content (main) frame.
