Fade on menu out..?

Hi there...

I have a suggestion..!

Is it possible to have the menu fade out when it closes. Please look at http://www.civilized.dk

When placing the mouse over the menu it's fades in... looks great... but when moving the mouse away from the menu it closes without fading out but just close in a split second...

Anyone have a suggestion on how to make the menu fadeing on close..? This would be a great funktion... almost like it was a flashmovie!
