Menu drops behind form elements

Menu drops behind form elements

Go to http://westcgi.west.asu.edu/sai/staff/ads/post.cfm. Depending on your screen size and/or resolution drop either the Tech or Edit menu. In IE6 under XP Pro the menu will drop behind the popup (Carpools). In NS 4.79 the menus drop behind the Name and Phone textboxes and the popup. This is 3.4 beta. Same thing happens in 3.3.19.

What did I miss?
