Thank You America!

Post by Guest »

I'd just like to thank all Americans for your hospitality during my trip to your country - it’s always a pleasure to visit.

My stay in Las Vegas was very memorable and very expensive (I should really stop playing Roulette) The Big Shot ride on top of the Stratosphere tower was very good, I’m still trying to get my stomach back in the right place :-)

Anyway here's a business idea for you - You need a cyber cafe on the Strip somewhere. The only places I found were a very dodgy place downtown and a booth in the Venetian Hotel. I’m sure somebody could come up with a Gambling/Surfing idea.

On a serious note, I was deeply saddened seeing the New York Skyline. I was also a little concerned about flying exactly 6 months to the day after the attacks but seeing all the beefed up security in the airports made me feel a little more comfortable. I was, however, delighted to be able to witness the 2 beams of light where the mighty Twin Towers once stood. I have some strong personal views about what should be done with Ground Zero after it has been cleared but it's only my personal view and it's maybe another thread altogether and perhaps not one for this forum anyway.

So once again thank you, I love America dearly but it’s also good to be back in my own little country again :-))

Andy.
