Opening a link in a new window

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

Opening a link in a new window

Post by bobf@expd.co.uk »

I am having a problem with Ver 3.4 of the menu.

Using a line similar to:

,"Description","http://www.somesite.com target=_blank",,,1

generates the Error: pf.MLoaded is null or not an object.
The same error is true for _new, _self etc.

This worked fine under 3.3.19.

I can get the hyperlink to work but get an IE javascript error in the bottom left hand corner of the browser window after mouse overing the link.

I think yours may be a slightly different problem.

If I remove the 'target=' parameter then the link works fine but when I include it I get the pfMLoaded error as soon as I hang the mouse over the menu item.

I just spotted that 3.4.02 was available and this seems to have solved the problem.

Thanks

Javascript error pf.MLoaded -- HELP NEEDED !!!

Post by Norvo »

Hi,

I use the frames-script and I have the same problem. I get a javascript error: pf.MLoaded is null or not an object (on line 163). I do not know which version I got; I downloaded the latest from http://milonic.com/menu/frames/

Did anyone found a solution to this ?? I am looking for it desperately.

See: http://www.filiber.nl/temp/temp.html for the example.

Please help !!

Sincerely,

Norvo
