Hi,
The stating value for z-index has been reduced in the new version.
When you move a mouse over a menu item, zindex gets incremented.
You have a div in your page with a z-index of 35 and the starting zindex for the menu is now 20.
If you reduce your zindex to 19 you will see the menus appear in front from the start.
Cheers
Andy
Making the menu drop IN FRONT of an IFRAME
Making the menu drop IN FRONT of an IFRAME
I just found a major difference between version 3.3.18 and 3.3.19.
These comments are valid for IE5.5 .
3.3.18 would drop the submenus in front of an IFRAME
3.3.19 does not. The menu drops behind the IFRAME
UNLESS the menu is exercised for a while! Go the the link below and try this.
http://www.thebytefactory.com
Now, mouseover Products and then Services over and over again for about 8 to 16 times and the submenus will suddenly pop in front of the IFRAME. If we can figure out why this is happening, it could be the answer to all our frames problems.
Regards,
Gary
