Script error in mmenu.js

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

Hello , one of the users of my site gets the next error anf the menu wont show up

what can be the problem ?
he using like other that do see the menu with no error explorer ver 5.01

im using version 3.3.19
