2 menus on 1 page

Hi,

I want to know if it 's possible to place 2 menu's on 1 page. Or better explained:

I have a screen, and on the top I want a menu with dropdown menu's. And at the bottom I also want a menu, but those menu items need to popup (appear above the menu balk).
