Semi-Transparent DropShadow

Anyone know how they acheived a semi-transparent drop-shadow?
I want to do this for some images, and dragable items on a webpage.

Are you using the Milonic menu, and if so, exactly what version?

Are you talking about a menu shadow, a box shadow or text shadow?
