Evaluating menu - frames site

Post by mojosound »

I am evaluating the menu and really like it. I have one issue that is holding me up. The menu that I need will have to reside in a frame at the top of the screen. The menu cannot open down, because this will go below the frame border. I have not been able to find a way to make this menu open up. Is this possible or should I look for a different menu for my customer?

Thanks.

The menu property openstyle="up"; should work.

Ho mojosound,

I don't know if we consider it official yet, but we've worked up a plugin and a working example, complete with instructions, for using the menu system acoss frames. You could try it here:

http://support.milonic.com/demos/frames/

Note that this example differs from, and supersedes, the one that accompanies the recent downloads in the "extras" folder. Maybe it'll help you.

Cheers,

Kevin
